This Shipping Policy explains how Adivasi Originals handles delivery, shipping charges, processing time, and all related information. Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within one to three business days after successful placement.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Processing time may increase during festivals, high demand days, or unexpected situations.

Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner.
Orders are usually delivered within three to ten working days for most locations.
Remote areas may take longer due to limited courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Currently there no shipping charges ( Free Delivery is available )

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link from our courier partner to your mobile number
You can use this link to check the real time status of your shipment.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, repeated failed attempts, or customer unavailability, the order may return to our facility.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

International Shipping

At present, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not available.

Delays Due to External Factors

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, strikes, holidays, courier issues, or events beyond our control.
We will try our best to support you, but we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Advance Payment Rules

Mandatory advance payment is required for orders of 1 litre.
Mandatory advance payment is required for 2 or more quantities of any 250 millilitre or 500 millilitre bottles.
The advance amount starts from rupees 100 and may increase based on the total order value.
This rule is followed because fake orders create losses for us.

Delivery and Package Rules

Check the parcel carefully before accepting the delivery.
Do not accept the parcel if it arrives in a different box or in an untrusted courier package.
Our parcel will always contain a trusted brand seal with the Adivasi Originals brand name on it.
Do not accept the package if the brand seal is missing, damaged, or looks tampered.
Inform us immediately if the package looks damaged, tampered, or suspicious.
Delivery details, GST number, and our company name will be clearly mentioned on the invoice and on the delivery package.
